Time management is crucial to get in the habit of training. Do you have kids? We have plans for them too...We can include the whole family. Do you have pain or fatigue? With over 24 years of experience in Occupational Therapy and a BS in Psychology, Ana combines her expertise with life coaching certifications and a deep belief that fitness starts with mindset. I am still a work in progress, but now I’m expanding my knowledge by pursuing personal training certifications and studying various healing methods to create the ultimate mindset and functional wellness package."
