Terms and Conditions for Fitness Services

**1. Agreement to Terms**  

By enrolling in any fitness program, purchasing a membership, or using services provided by PHYSICO, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, participants, and users of PHYSICO’s services.

**2. Services Provided**  

PHYSICO offers a range of fitness, wellness, and occupational therapy-related services, including but not limited to personal training, group sessions, fitness assessments, and mobility coaching. These services are subject to change without notice.

**3. Health and Medical Disclaimer**  

All participants must be in good health and physically capable of engaging in fitness activities. Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation. It is strongly advised that participants consult with their physician before starting any fitness program. PHYSICO is not liable for any health issues or injuries that may occur as a result of participating in our programs.

**4. Payment Terms**  

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise specified. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, or any other method offered by PHYSICO. Package prices, subscription fees, and one-off session rates are subject to change at PHYSICO’s discretion. Refunds are not available for services already rendered.

**5. Cancellation Policy**  

- **Personal Training/One-on-One Sessions**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

- **Group Classes**: A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for canceling participation in group sessions. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

- **Programs/Packages**: In the event of cancellation after program enrollment, a partial refund may be available at PHYSICO’s discretion, minus any administrative fees or sessions already completed.

**6. Membership Terms**  

- **Membership Cancellation**: Clients may cancel their membership with 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding payments must be made prior to cancellation.

- **Suspension/Termination**: PHYSICO reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships or participation for violations of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to adhere to policies.

**7. Liability Waiver**  

By participating in PHYSICO programs, clients acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks. Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during training. PHYSICO and its employees are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during fitness sessions.

**8. Code of Conduct**  

All clients are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude toward trainers, staff, and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the suspension or termination of services without refund.

**9. Use of Facilities and Equipment**  

Clients must use fitness equipment and facilities responsibly and as directed by the staff. Any damages caused by improper use will be charged to the client responsible.

**10. Intellectual Property**  

All content, materials, and programs provided by PHYSICO, including but not limited to training programs, workout plans, and coaching materials, are the intellectual property of PHYSICO. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

**11. Privacy Policy**  

PHYSICO values client privacy. Any personal or health-related information provided will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering fitness services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

**12. Changes to Terms**  

PHYSICO reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of services after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

**13. Governing Law**  

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which PHYSICO operates. Any disputes arising from the use of services shall be resolved in accordance with the local laws and jurisdiction.
